CNC Tooling & Die Machinist
Operate Wire EDM machines, CNC lathes, and precision surface grinders to build, service, and maintain progressive roll-forming dies and injection molds within tight ±.0005″ tolerances.
High-Speed Roll Forming Machine Operator
Responsible for set up and continuous operation of high-speed roll forming lines manufacturing laser welded air spacers, muntin bars, and screen frame channels. Includes caliper quality checks and coil feed.
Industrial Laser Welding Technician
Maintain fiber laser welding optics, alignment, shielding gas flow, and automated seam tracking on stainless steel and aluminum spacer production lines. Experience with robotic laser systems preferred.
Quality Assurance (QA) Inspector
Conduct optical CMM inspections, paint adhesion testing (cross-hatch), tensile tests, and dimensional audits to verify conformance with AAMA and IGMA architectural specifications.
